AUMNIE unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will be more than happy to replace any defective items. We will exchange any item that you're not completely happy with. If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, colour or size of an item, don't hesitate to ship it back and exchange for any item in another size or colour. We do not offer refunds but we will exchange any item you are not completely happy with or that is defective.
LIMITATIONS
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange. Items not in its original unworn condition cannot be accepted for exchange. Items without original tags attached cannot be accepted for exchange. This exchange policy applies only to items purchased from the AUMNIE online store.
We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
*Items excluded from returns: Underwear, Water Bottles, Socks, Leg Warmers, and Swimwear (without Tags and Sanitary Liner still attached).
*All Final Sale items are non refundable and non-exchangeable
TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason besides defect (see limitations above), you will be responsible for return & additional shipping charges. To inquire about an exchange, you can email support@aumnie.ca or contact us by any of the above methods.
FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ORDERS
Immediately inform us of the defective or wrong order. Please have your order number, courier number and shipping information ready. Please email us at support@aumnie.ca or contact us by any of the above methods. We will pay the return shipping charges and also send you your replacement(s) with free shipping.
